The personnel errors are eliminated since the sistem is controlled from a single center. The system at the same time plays an important role in the production, stock control and sales organization by transferring the weighing results into the other related departments at the same time. The technologies such as RF-ID,PROXIMITY that have a contact-free and remote reading capability and number plate reading camera systems are used for identification of vehicles. The system consists of an Automated Vehicle Identification, Truck Scale, WINATS Software, Computer and Printer. The additional equipments such as traffic lights for directing the driver and vehicle traffic, barrier, message terminal can be added to the system for fast and fruitful weighing operations. In addition, maximum weighing safety ensures with optical sensors and cameras.All images related with the scale area and vehicles are taken from cameras.

RF-ID TAG SYSTEM

The operation of the system is ensured by the WINATS Truck Scale Programme. With central computer management system, it is possible any vehicle entering in any scale can make its exit from another scale for the more than one truck scale applications. The reader module providing the identification of the vehicle by the system is mounted on the sclae area, RF-ID tag is also mounted to the vehicle. When the vehicle enters the scale, vehicle is identified by reading the codes and datas without driver’s getting out of the car. Thus, weighing operations carried out quickly and safely.

At the end of weighing procedures, the weighing results are automatically saved in the memory or printed weigihing ticket can be taken from printer. Within the direction of the customer’s request the tares of the vehicles which are weighed constantly can be saved in the memory for providing single stage weighing. It is also possible to divide as the entry and exit scale at the facilities which have more than one scale to provide traffic flow more fruitful.

CARD SYSTEM

Automatic Vehicle Identification Terminal is enabling the identification of vehicle where vehicle traffic is intensive and weighing facilities are serial. It is used for multi-scale weighing applications and also possible to make weighing procedures without an operator with this system. There is also an alternative model available to meet customer’s demands where the weighing room is not preffered or it is necessary to entering product information to the system. The system can be mounted at the entry or exit of scales according to the the location and type of application. Among its kind, the most important and different feature like from similar systems of the weighing procedures are done without driver’s getting out of the car.

The system consists of an Vehicle Identification Terminal and WINATS Software at the computer connected to the truck scale. Contactless smart card reader are used at the system. When the vehicle enters the scale, the vehicle is identified by reading the card to the vehicle identification terminal and weighing procedures are done.At the end of weighing procedures, the weighing results are automatically saved in the memory or printed weigihing ticket can be taken from printer.
